If my experience is recorded, I agree to the recording of my experience in connection with research, education, and promotion of the EESystem™ technology. I acknowledge that Energy Lounge 369 is and will be sole owner of all rights in and to my experience with the EESystem™ technology and not limited to written or spoken form for the above purposes.
I agree to indemnify and hold Energy Lounge 369 and the Director(s) and Owner(s) of Energy Lounge 369 and, its employees, and any third parties harmless from any and all liabilities, losses or damages caused by or arising in any manner from my participation and experience with the EESystem™ technology.

I understand the terms mentioned above regarding my EESystem™ technology experience. If I choose to end the session before the purchase time has expired, or an appointment is missed or I am late, there is no refund.
